Dry powder produced from fresh, roasted peanuts. Prepare as spread or use as ingredient in baked goods. Make creamy peanut butter, no bake cookies, peanut butter cookies etc...
Hint: When making creamy peanut butter, add a few drops of peanut oil. If you don't have peanut oil you can substitute with veg oil, or sunflower oil.

SUGGESTED RECIPE: PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 cup reconstituted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups peanut butter powder, reconstituted with 10 Tbsp. water, 8 tsp. oil, and 1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. whole egg powder, reconstituted with 1/2 cup water (or 2 fresh eggs)
Cream butter and sugars; blend in eggs. Add peanut butter. Sift flour and baking soda together and add gradually to creamed mixture, beating well. Roll dough into small balls and flatten with fork lines. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 7 dozen cookies.
